COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pale Hops unite the best from the American and British traditions in ale brewing. With a complex malt profile and a solid foundation of floor malted Maris Otter barley malt, this beer is intensely spiced with some of the most expressive American hops.

Light amber in color with a pungent aroma of grape fruit, hay and oranges leading to a smooth palate with light breadiness and slight sweetness balancing the hops bitterness, which lingers in the back of the mouth.

Ingredients: Maris Otter Pale malt, Wheat malt, German and British caramel malt, Belgian Special B dark caramel malt, Amarillo, Centennial, Simcoe and Chinook hops. American yeast. 40 IBU.

Draft at Bryggens ølbar. Hazy orange golden with almost no head. low carbonation - as always. pleasant mouthfeel. Beautiful hoppy aroma - piney, sweetish citrus fruity. Flavor is light sweet fruity malty, piney, orangey, medium bitter. Dry finish. Smooth, high drinkabillity.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with abundant, stable greyish beige head. Clear aroma of hops, with notes of citrus and yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with notes of yeast and fruit, and touches of malt. Lingering bitter aftertaste. OK.

On tap at Bishops Arms in Örebro. Fresh and fruity hoppy aroma. Citrus and some fruits on the nose. Grassy and hoppy taste with grapefruit and citrus. Strong and lasting bitterness. Nice and refreshing.

On tap at Schouskjelleren. Hazy amber with a rather small, off-white head. Fruity aroma with peaches, malt, oranges snd hints of spices, caramel and grapefruit. Medium sweet with pleasant fruity and hoppy flavours balanced eith some caramel sweetness. Pleasant and refreshing!

500ml brown bottle with a date of 28/02/15 on the cap. gold/orangey pour,hazy. Fat white head, good wide bands rings of lace. Nose has grapefruity hop and a quick dash of spice and resin, light malt. Taste has light malts, caramel, orangey citrus and resiny hops. Dry finish with a very short hoppy aftertaste. Not bad.

Bottled. Pours hazy and pale amber with a large off-white head. Aroma of citrus, peach and caramel. Sweet flavor that ends up more dry and solid bitter. Medium bodied, oily texture and soft to average carb. An excellent pale ale.

Draught. Pours hazy amber with a small off-white head. Light fruityness in aroma, feels almost tropical at some times. Also a bit of hay and grapefruit is present. Fresh grassy notes appears later on. Subtle grassy bitterness in taste, bit of mild soap and floral notes too. Refreshing and has a nice bitter afterpunch to offer. Soft and no sign of harshness, nice one.

Bottle at home. Amber a bit hazy beer with a big offwhite lacy head. Fruity and hoppy aroma. Fruity and hoppy sweet flavour with a nice balance. A likeable beer.
