COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Et Raasted / BeerHere collaboration brew.

Tap @ Fairbar, Aarhus. Slightly hazy, pale amber body with a smal, off-white head. Fair lacing. Nose of lemon, coconut and yeast. Sweet flavor with mango, lemon, coconut and spices. Medim bodied, oily texture and average carbonation. Ends up more dry with a little bitterness. A complex and exotic brew

@ Copenhagen festival 2011. The aroma is fruity, malty citric. Hazy, orange coloured beer with a slight off-white head. The taste is juicy, has some caramel, citrus, smooth maltiness. Nice.

Sample at Stockholm Beer and Whiskey Festival 2011. Sorachi Ace is without a doubt the weirdest hop there is. The aroma is sweet, bubblegum sweet, with loads of blackcurrant, how is that even possible? Tastewise the beer is quite dull, sweet and just a slight hint of bitterness but it seems out of balance since both the malts and the hops provide sweetness rather than being on opposing sides. Funny name though.

On tap at SBWF 2011. It poured a foggy dark golden liquid with a smal white head. Smell and taste of crawfish, dill and some yeast and esters. Smooth and medium thick body. Fresh but I have a hard time with the sorachi that I strongly relate to crawfish. Besides that it’s an interesting combo.

Draught at Nya Tröls, Malmö
Cloudy light amber color, small head. Nice aroma, mellow, with malt and fruity, citrusy hops. Good body strength; sweetish malt flavor, with some Belgian yeast character, but the moderate sweetness is contrasted by an aggressive hopping, that brings resins, fruitiness and also some astringency; dominant bitter oranges, some passion fruit and a trace of oak too. The final is long. Chaotic but not bad.
