COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Et Raasted / BeerHere collaboration brew.

Draught at Bishop arms - Marina. Helsingborg, October 2011.
Golden yellow with a creamy white head. Aromas of sweet candy, caramel, syrup, herbs and grainy cookies. It’s almost sharp. The taste is soft with an interesting hop flavour. Some esters, apples herbs. Other then that more cookies and creamy malts. Weird!

On tap at Ølfestival 2011. A minimal sized off-white head sits on top of a mostly clear, golden body. The aroma is malty sweet in the back, with citrus, orange, pineapples and a sugary feeling like that from a can of fruits. Sweet and fruity, with peaches, some pinecones and resin, pleasant bitterness. Dry and medium bodied, finishing fruity and bitter. This kind of bukkake can enter my mouth, I like it. 110527

Tap @ Fairbar, Aarhus. Slightly hazy, pale amber body with a smal, off-white head. Fair lacing. Nose of lemon, coconut and yeast. Sweet flavor with mango, lemon, coconut and spices. Medim bodied, oily texture and average carbonation. Ends up more dry with a little bitterness. A complex and exotic brew

@ Copenhagen festival 2011. The aroma is fruity, malty citric. Hazy, orange coloured beer with a slight off-white head. The taste is juicy, has some caramel, citrus, smooth maltiness. Nice.

Koyo (249) - SWEDEN - OCT 9, 2011
Sample at Stockholm Beer and Whiskey Festival 2011. Sorachi Ace is without a doubt the weirdest hop there is. The aroma is sweet, bubblegum sweet, with loads of blackcurrant, how is that even possible? Tastewise the beer is quite dull, sweet and just a slight hint of bitterness but it seems out of balance since both the malts and the hops provide sweetness rather than being on opposing sides. Funny name though.

On tap at SBWF 2011. It poured a foggy dark golden liquid with a smal white head. Smell and taste of crawfish, dill and some yeast and esters. Smooth and medium thick body. Fresh but I have a hard time with the sorachi that I strongly relate to crawfish. Besides that it’s an interesting combo.
