DEC11: nice porter with a good smoky flavor. will not be too much even if you are exposed to a pint. I expected more intense røgsmag.Meget smoky aroma but only slightly smoky in flavor.

Bottled. Pours clear deep brown with an average sized, creamy, beige head. Fair lacing. Nose of roasted malts, smoke and caramel. Sweet flavor with brown sugar, ash, roasted caramel and chocolate notes.. Medium to full bodied, oily texture and soft carbonation. Ends up more dry with a soft malt bitterness. Quite delicious.

Bottle from Mane Liquor. Pours dark, dark brown with a small off white head. Aroma is simple but pleasant - smoked wood, roasted malts, chocolate. Very ’woody’ to smell. Taste is very pleasant. Dark and toasted malts with cocoa powder and charred wood tones. The smokiness to it isn’t overpowering but rather subtle and adds a nice touch to a fairly easy drinking and flavoursome porter. Cheers
