COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Sold as Vår Wit. Hazy orange beer that creates a huge white fluffy head when poured, but it settles to almost nothing. It’s pretty much like german hefe with wit spicing. Banana and clove are there along with coriander and orange peel. Missing that typical wheaty, doughy aroma though. Rather thin by the end. Interesting mix of styles, but it looses some of the quality of the separate styles.

330 ml bottle. Hazy golden colour. Medium-sized white head. Smokey and clovey aroma. Hints of banana and apples. Dry bitterness up against bready and powdery malty flavours. More smoke in the flavour. Delicious bitterness. Overall a nice and complex weissbier.

Bottle as Vårwit. Aroma: Fenolic, smoke, sweet, vegetables. Unbalanced taste, umami. Nice appearance. A bit too dark? High Co2, light bodied. Not a great wit.
