25cl draft sample @ BH, Tallinn.

Big swing top bottle from Beer House. The beer was actually bottled on the same day and it’s good to drink for the next 8 days. Looks cloudy amber, sourish lager aroma on the nose. The taste however is sweet and pretty much honey all the way. Caramel malts and some herbal notes pushing in through the honey. Sweet palate, light to medium body. Absolutely well balanced. Very fresh and super drinkable (thumbs up!).

Tap. Pours amber with whiteish head. The head stays for some moments. Aroma is sweet, grainy, cardboard. Flavor follows the nose. Body is very watery. Overall: not good.

On tap at Beer House, Tallinn. Deep golden, almost completely clear with a modest white head. Grainy and malty aroma with lots of honey. Sweet, grainy and honey flavoured with a rather modest bitterness. Perfectly decent, but rather boring.

Tap@brewpub. Hazy amber. Malts, bit dark bready this time, some grainyness too. And a honey vibe. Spft body. Doughy house flavour. Dried honey, dryish finish. Sweets in flavour though, caramels. Haven’t ever tasted a braggot I’d like, this is no exception.

Draught @ the brewpub
Aroma is sugary sweet with honey and some hay. Flavour is also rather sweet and somewhat malty with sugary notes and honey. Palate is too low on CO2 and feels a bit flat. Impossible to finish the glass.

The head is good, the body brown and cloudy. It smells malty, honey, dry, yeasty-natural. Taste is honey-dry, malty, bit bitter. Ok! 11/11/10/11/-/11

Draught @ Beer House, Tallinn. Darker blond coloured beer with some medium carbonation and a small white head. Sweeter light spicy hinted aroma. Medium palate. Finish is sweet honey hinted with a rather strange light herby sweet honey ending. Not really my thing.

Light reddish color with minimal head. Almost no aroma. Sweet/sour honey taste with some yeast. Soft carbonation. Not very good, but drinkable.
