(Draught at HBF2008) Black. Big light brown head. Yeasty nose. Dryish palate. Some fruitiness. Roasted malts in taste.

Draught at Helsinki Beer Festival 2008. Black color with creamy tan head. Salty licorice, green apple and glue in the aroma. Sweet flavor with dark bread, chocolate, toffee, tart fruits, apple, smoke, pepper and clove in the flavor. Although I have tasted few decent roasty wheat beers, it seems that roasted flavors and spicy fermentation flavors does not pair very well here.

Black colored with huge beige head. Smoky roasted aroma with mild licorice. Medium bodied, crispy carbonation. Some distracting glue in flavor, roastiness and sweet licorice still dominating. Caramel also there with some sour berries, which lasts in aftertaste.

Draught. Very dark amberish rubybrown colour with a huge brown head. Aroma is wheat, coffee, some roast, spices and hayishness. Flavour is sourness, roasted malts and coffee. Also some mild banana and red berries.

Black, thick and creamy tanned head. Nose is wheat, spices, slight banana and smoke. Surprisingly weizen-like. Flavor quite malty with wheat and some hops, slightly spritzy. Finishes a bit too burned for me. Medium bodied, quite light palate for it’s strength.

Refreshing wheaty aroma accompanying a slightly smoky roast malt taste. Sweet and almost bacony - but the artificial bacon-bits taste rather than real bacon. Very tasty indeed, but a bit short of a wow.

Dark ruby red color, huge cloudy expresso head. Glueish-berry, wheaty-banana and hops in the aroma. Flat mouthfeel and full body. Quite hoppy wheat stout, there is burned malty flavor with some banana notes. Long roasted and hoppy aftertaste. Unique experimental beer.

(Draught@HBF2008) Almost black with a huge, everlasting, tanned head. Sweetish aroma with berries, fruit, and some vegetably hints. Sourish maltiness, berries, fruit, and lightly roasted malt in the flavor. Medium to full-bodied with medium carbonation. A pretty nice stout - quite balanced with nice sourness.
