Settle aroma. Nice caramel color. Intense dry hopppiness . Crazy. Maybe too much for me. Roasty. Powerfull beer but only in right context.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with a nice lacing. Slightly hoppy aroma, some fruit, interesting to explore. Very bitter taste, but suited really well with the rest of the beer. A beer as a good IPA should be!

My Bottom Line:
Conifers grow through caramel, as candied oranges move into earthy, piney bitterness in this effervescent IPA.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A healthy head of foam stays atop the misty amber.
-This tastes like a Corne du Diable from Finland.
-Mouthfeel is quite bubbly for the style.
-A rye-like spiciness is felt; probably my imagination.
-Flavor profile is balanced throughout.

Bottle. Thx Timo!

UPDATED: JUL 29, 2015 IBU 100 and you’ll definitely notice the bitterness. tropical fruits, herbal notes, tar, pine tree and grape fruit. Enjoy with a good goat cheese or old Gouda.

500 ml bottle from my European Local Swap 2/2015 sender VastActiv. Thanks Janne!
Copper, hazy body, with a small, creamy, yellowish head.
Aroma of grapefruit, pine, stone fruits, pineapple, biscuit.
Tastes of grapefruit, lemon zest, pine, stone fruits, black tea, biscuit, some honey.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes bitter, dry, zesty, piney,

Tasty. Pretty strong, with a zesty and piney hop bite, but well balanced by a full malt backbone. Not as easy as other IPAs, pretty filling, but really enjoyable.

Aivan liian kitkerä omaan makuun. Haju ja pullo kyllä hyvin miellyttäviä, mutta --> Ei jatkoon!

Bottle split in the Sea of Ber, thanks to TBone, 11/04/15. rich amber with a big old beige covering. Nose is light sweat, rich dark fruit notes, candied fruit peel, bitter orange. Taste comprises orange pith, earthy hop resonance, light pine, caramel malt, faint tropicana. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with a bitter hop rinse. Ok IPA if a touch 1D.

Bottle shared in Bermondsey - big thanks to TBone for this highly rated treat. Pours unclear amber with with a frothy off-white head. The nose has a lot of pine, some toasty leaves, grain, bread, orange rind. Medium sweet flavor with oily pine, bitter grass, grainy bread. Medium to full bodied with average carbonation. Strong grassy bitterness, more pine, some gooey resin. Nice beer.
