7 big fruity hop aroma, peachy.
3 Hazy wheaty yellow, large keggy head
7 Really peachy retronasals. Clean crisp hoppy taste. Grains quite wheaty.
3 Thinnish palate, harsh carbonation. Finish reminds me a little of the brooklyn schneider wheatbeer, but the hops scaled down to sensible levels. Tingly but not harsh.
13 Pretty good hoppy ale, real hoppy bite, but well balanced. Really tastes like it has a fair proportion of wheat in it.

(Draught@Pikkulintu, rated 2010-11-16) Very crisply citrusy, exotic nose. Same crispness in the flavor, with grassy citrus and lots of dry bitterness. Some stuffiness, too, but luckily masked by fresh hops. A very positive and refreshing surprise, one of the best from this brewery.

Draught. Pours cloudy yellow with ample white head and has excellent lacing. Taste is refreshing, bitter and tart with sweetness to keep it from being sour. Palate has light body, high carbonation, a bit watery mouthfeel and a bit soapy aftertaste. Aroma has hay, lemon, grass. A bit too unbalanced and odd off-taste makes this a so-so, not bad, but not that good either.

(Draught at Gallows Bird Kekri ’10) The appearance of this beer was like the one of a witbier: pale yellow and cloudy with medium sized and white head. The aroma was very fruity and quite citric, too. I also found dry hay aroma which fitted in well. Palate was perhaps bit too dry. The taste was fruiy and citric with Belgian yeast flavour added. Not a bad brew but I would have liked the palate to be less dry and this beer was bit too one dimensional.

Draught @ The Gallows Bird Appearance is somewhat mead, hazy, with plenty of head. Aroma is hoppy, grapefruity and a hint of pitch. Taste is quite watery, but sweet and fresh pineapple, hint of peppermint too. Mouthfeel is too watery, weak body.

Draught. Golden coloir, small off-white head. Aroma is citrus peed toilet floor, mild malts. Flavour is soap, pilsish, some mild floral notes.

Slightly hazy yellow color, small white head. Strong hoppy aroma of grapefruit, cat piss and hay. Crisp carbonation, medium-bodied. Fruity, hayish hoppy, grapefruit, lemon, pineapple and light resiny notes. Refreshing with lingering bitterness in the aftertaste.
