Hanasta juotu. Kaatuu lasiin punaruskeana ja kirkkaana vaahdon ollessa niukka. Haju on brettaisen tallinen, nahkainen, käynyt ja marjainen. Mieto maku on marjainen, maamainen ja nahkainen. Suutuntuma on kevyt ja hieman pistelevän hiilihappoinen. Kokonaisuutena tämä on tylsähkö ja yksipuolinen belgiale, todella kevyt ja särmätön tapaus. Ei jäänyt oikein mitenkään mieleen, lisää olisi kaivattu joka suhteessa.

Sweet slightly funky aroma. Smells doped, or fake. I.e. brew a beer, and bung in a brett-cube. I prefer my wild ales to be spontaneous fermentation, or at least subtle. Dose slip down very easily, no sign of 7%. Funnkiness is again a bit forced in the taste, as the sugars are quite high. Again, it tastes like they brewed a sweet beer and then threw a brett cube in. Smooth palate, but keggy carbonation. Clove-like numbing spicy finish. 3.1 feels like a bit of an over-rate.

Draught at Gallow’s Bird, Espoo. Colour is reddish brown with some beige head. Aroma and flavours are yeast, sourness, fruits and malts.

Draught at Suuret Oluet, Pienet Panimot, in July 2012, Helsinki. Poured dark amber in colour with small off-white head. A bit of sour, malt and barnyard in aroma. Yeast, bready malts and earth in taste.

330 ml bottle @ Beer Hunters. Pours dark brown slightly red colour with minimal off-white head. Aroma of sour berries, ryebread, caramel, wood and some barnyard notes. Taste is quite sour and sweet with yeast, raisins, caramel and berries. Medium bodied, soft carbonation and oily mouthfeel. A bit odd but a tasty brew.

Light unclear medium to dark red brown colour with a small, off white coloured head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, chocolate, fruity - berry, wood, brett. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, tart notes of berries. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. IMO. a very stange beer .. wiith something i did not like on the day ! [20120726]

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2012. Deep ambery brown colour with a small head. Aroma is brett, some mild wooden and caramelly notes. Flavour is bigtime tart wood, some fruits, raisins and caramel. Pleasantly balance.d. Could be a bit more dry.

Draught at SOPP. Reddish brown color with a small off-white head. Malt, berries and barnyard in the aroma. Flavor is sweet malt, caramel, dark fruits, brett and some sour berries. Very tasty sour ale.

Mahogany body, light brown head. Aroma is interesting with sour apples, cabbage, some sewer smells and caramel. It’s in the line between good and horrible. Light palate. Taste is bit closer to the dark side. Really interesting, but not perfectly executed.

Draught at SOPP, Helsinki. Hazy mahogany colour, small head. Aroma of strawberry and sweaty hay. Sweet and medium bodied with clean, rounded, somewhat oily mouthfeel. Funky with wild strawberries and cobwebs. Low bitterness. Interesting!
