7 Slightly smokey roast, some creamy butter.
5- Black, tight keggy beige head.
7 Full sweet roast, a little burnt.
4 Smooth palate, pleasant carbonation. Finish roasty and a little sugary.
13+ Very solid stout, but perhaps a little sweet.

Black beer, creamy beige head. Sturdy aroma of slightly burned bread, licorice, coffee, dark fruits, and fresh fruity hops. Sweetish at first, drier in the finish with balanced bitterness, a hint of milk sugar and slight acidity. Soft, velvety texture. Great stout.

Draught@HBF2011. Deep brown colour, small brown head. Aroma is toffee, mild roasted notes, some toast as well as mild nuttyness and some liquorice. Flavour is roasted malts, some toffee, grass and mild sweetness. Pleasantly balanced.

Draught at HBF2011. Pours a very dark brown with a large, latte head. Aroma is rather weak, roasted malts, some coffee notes. Fortunately taste is much stronger. Roasted malts yes, but dark chocolate as well as molasses and caramel, but mostly lots of coffee of the mocha variety. Quite sweet. Gets a bit too sweet nearing the end of the 2 dl portion. Some water had between gulps helps refresh the palate. Palate is full and sticky. Not much carbonation.

Dark brown colour with tiny off-white head. Dry roasted malt with mild coffee, sugar, berries and chocolate in aroma. Flavour is roasted malt, sweetish hops and some butter notes. Very good stronger Stout.

Pours a dark brown, almost black colour with a foamy, thick, beige head. Aroma of roasted malts and chocolate. Flavour of dark roasted malts, hops, spices and even mango fruit. Full bodied with a round mouthfeel and a warming finish. Very smooth.

Black colored with medium sized thick beige head. Roasted and creamy aroma with chocolate and sweet note, good one. Medium to full bodied, creamy palate. Flavor is roasted as well with same dark chocolaty note dominating, caramel with drying and slightly grassy hops here as well. Good and straightforward stout.

UPDATED: NOV 11, 2010 (Draught at Pikkulintu) The beer poured black with small and light brown head. Aroma had roasted malts, coffee and hops. Palate was full bodied. Flavours were hops, ash, roasted malts, coffee and bitterness. Aftertaste was roasty and bitter. The aroma and the taste of this beer have nothing new but still the combination is surprising in a pleasant way. This deserved another try..

Roasted and a bit spicy stout with some sourness and hops. Interesting mix.

(Draught@Pikkulintu) Interesting, fruity aroma hops in this, with licorice notes. Initially quite burned, but that went away rather quickly. Some sourness, black coffee. Quite nice and balanced - but like TBone said, this one "needs more studying". 5546
