courtesy of oh6gdx - hazy dark blond beer under a long lasting white foam; the aroma shows a fair fruity hoppiness (apricot dominates) with notes of esters and honey; sourish and astringent, highly carbonated, medium-bodied, very dry, bitter/sour finish with more fruity hop presence - pretty nice one

33cl bottle from local shop. Poured light golden with small white head. Aroma has fruits in it. Flavor with some citrus notes, quite thin over all. Nice finish!

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty citrus aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty flavor with hints of citrus. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty citrus finish.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a white head. Aroma is mild fruity, phenolic and light toasted malty. Mellow yeasty, light peppery and mild fruity. Medium dry phenolic to vague fruity estery. Bitter and light fruity finish.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of yeast, spices among them black pepper, as well as lemons. The flavor is sweet with notes of barnyard, black pepper, yeast, malt, and straw, leading to a dry finish.

cloudy yellow, large smooth offwhite head. mild exotic fruity and quite fresh flowery hoppy aroma with a bitter note too it to.sweet matly base.flavor is malty, bitter hoppy, quite straight for a saison, some spicy bitternes, but not much.

Bottle, 33 cl, at Papsø’s. Slightly hazy golden with a white, ok foamy head. Nose is yeasty and phenollic aroma, a little sulphor. Taste is much better, more malty, with a very decent hop bitter and a nice peppery finish. And yeast, light citrus. Very flavorful for the abv. Decent.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of oh6gdx. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Spicy and yeasty aroma alright and also a slight citrusy tartness. Fairly light in body, a dry and slightly citrusy feel with quite some hops adding to a decent bitterness. Yeasty and phenollic. Not the most complex Saison and rather thin. But it’s a decent drinker.

Hanasta juotu. Kaatuu lasiin keltaruskeana ja sameana, vaahto on todella runsas (uusi tai vanha kegi?). Haju on belgihiivainen, sirtuksinen, ruohoinen ja hieman marjainen sekä liimainen. Maku on sirtuksisen hapan, belgihiivainen, marjapensainen, ruohoinen ja marjaninenkin. suutuntuma on kevyehkö, hieman hiilihappoinen ja katkera. Kokonaisuutena tämä on kevyt, simppeli ja maistuva olut, maitokauppavahvuisuus tuo pientä särmättömyyttä. olisi mukava päästä maistamaan oikean vahvuinen versio.
