Aroma has fruity hops with some grapefruits and hints of soapy citrus. Flavour has hops with exotic fruits, grapefruits, some soapy citrus and hints of biscuits. Aroma is not typical to a bitter but the flavour palette is rather close to it. Good.

Bottle @ chriso. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy aroma. Fruity malty hoppy citrus flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy finish.

Pours a golden colour with a large white head. Aroma of cascade hops, cardboard and some citrus notes. Flavour of cascade hops with some nutty malts, citrus and cardboard. Medium bodied, foamy mouthfeel and a rough bitter finish. Would’ve wanted to taste this from a fresh bottle.

Bottle at ChrisO’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011. Cloudy gold pour with a white head. Toasted grains in the aroma, light ctrus. Light sweet flavor, some mild grass. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Weak finish.

Chris pre Gbbf shindig 2011. Gold slight haze. Thin white head. Not very hopy. Just a bit of sting.

Clean gold with a good white head. Really pleasant cascade with a good chewy feel for something this light. Excellent spicy bitter finish. Great stuff.

330ml Bottle - Amber with a foamy head. Grapefruit, pine, spruce, pineapple and peach in the aroma. The taste is fruity and tangy with notes of grapefruit, biscuity malt and nuts.
