[Cask at Dereham’s Inn, High Wycombe] Cloudy amber-gold with a slight fizz and lumpy sediment. Light grassy lemon flavour with a little butter. Thin with a moderate dry bitterness. Frankly, it’s a bit crap and the lumps are offputting - given that all the other beers in this GBG-listed pub were in good condition, I don’t think the issues were down to handling by the pub, either!
