Bottle 33cl.
Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, grain, sour white wine, white wine. Flavor is moderate sweet and ligt to moderate acidic with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20081128]

Süß-herber Antrunk, die beiden Hauptnoten scheinen sich bereits hier zu bekriegen. Ansonsten merkt man wenig vom Bier, die Sektnote ist vorherrschend, so ist das Bier trocken, etwas süß und absolut nichts für den Biertrinker. Zum Ende wenig säuerlich. 7/4/5/4/2/4

Bottled. A light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is quite light - what is there has notes of malt, citrus, and white wine. The flavor sweet with notes of white wine and citrus, leading to a wine-like finish.

It is light golden with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of cooked cabbage, malt and very sour (cheap) white wine. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of sour, cheap white wine, malt and the finish is dry – terrible...

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Clear, pale golden with tiny floating impurities and a rough, white head. Aroma hops and chicory in the nose. Medium body, tart dry notes of white wine. Finishes dry with a sulphurous touch. 281108

33 cL clear bottle, courtesy of fonefan. Pours clear and golden yellow with a fully gone head. Sweet fruity and mild wineous aroma. Light acidic and solid wineous in flavour. Vague bitterness into the finish.

0.33 l bottle. Pale golden color. Acidic, llemony and sulphury white wine aroma. Acidic, woody, lemony and slightly sweet white wine flavor. Somewhat sharp acidic mouthfeel. I cannot taste any beery elements here but I could drink this in a warm sunny day.

Bottle, 7.9%. Clear appearance, not much darker than water. Has a little frothy white head. The flavour is sourish and citric like white wine, does not taste much different from a sparkling white.
