Tap. I was highly proud of myself for reading the katakana letters for "hefe weizen", (he-i-fu u-a-i-shi-e-n) asking "Is this a hefe weizen?", and ordering it in Japanese. Too bad their seasonal couldn’t be an IPA (a-i-pi-a-e!) It came to me in another cool mini-mug. Nicely toned caramel/tan, but white head. I really hate to bash this place because the beers taste clean, generally inoffensive, and adjunct-free as far as I can tell, but this just plain needs more kick to it.
