Hell yeah mild ale! This stuff is great! Nose is toasty, lightly grainy, bready, and earthy. It sounds bland, but it is assertively aromatic and pleasing. Pours golden amber with great head retention and light lace. This stuff tastes great. Toasty, bready, earthy, lightly sweet. Crisp earthy hops. Clean, super drinkable with a nice light dryness in the finish. I like this stuff a lot! Fuck yeah hoes, I am giving it a 5 in palate, because the flavor is assertive enough to interest me and I could still probably drink about 120 oz of this stuff and still accomplish remedial tasks such as playing video games, watching television, and going out in public with a remote amount of efficiency and effectiveness.

Bottle... Poured deep amber with a thin, off-white head. Yeasty esters and toasted malts on the nose. Smooth, foamy, drinkable palate. Light berry esters, yeasty bread-like flavors and big malts. No bitterness, like an amber ale or a marzen without any hops.

22 oz Bomber-bonus beer f/trade w/ditmier-mahogany pour w/almost no head-Mild aroma of yeast & bread dough. Wasn’t expecting much f/this one after the average poor & aroma, but was pleasantly surprised. Full flavors of caramel, roasted malt, yeast & bread dough. Not a complex brew, very session-able, very Yuenglingish. Something you could sit back & enjoy a few of w/friends, I’m sure even the non-beer geeks would enjoy this one. Would love to try this on tap if available. Sweet malt finish; thanks Eric!

Courtesy of ditmier. The bomber pours copper with some haze and a white head. The aroma is roasty and earthy and also carries a bit of spice. The taste is roasty and sweet malts up front and then moving toward notes of earthiness and mild dark fruity esters. Nice full flavored mild.

22 ounce bottle from the Boise Co-op. Pours a clear mahogany color with a small white head. A light toasted, nutty nose, some caramel and light fruit. The flavor is dry, toasted, some nutty flavors and light fruit. A nice zesty carbonation. Musty and dry. Quite nice.

22oz from Bottleworks. Pours a chill hazed toffee brown with a khaki white head. Biscuity bread, toffee, roasty nuts, a bit of sweet coffee. Good mouth feel with creamy carbonation. Toasty malty bread flavor up front and into the middle with grassy earthiness on the end. Very drinkable beer and nice flavors for a 4%.

22 oz bottle purchased at Bottleworks in Seattle, Washington. The pour is a hazed orange brown copper with a slightly off white one inch head. Falls with a bit of lacing. Aroma is soft nutty maltiness, along with a pleasant light caramel sweetness. Also a touch of cardboard behind that. The taste is the sweet caramel nut up front - followed close behind with plum sweetness. Nice clean flavors. The palate is light bodied, nice unfiltered mouth feel, a touch watery in the finish. Aftertaste is lightly sweet, but clean. Nice refreshing beer for the patio.

Bottle: Hazy amber, nice thick off-white head. Nose of toasty pale malt, light caramel malts and earthy light hops. The flavor is toasty caramel and light hops. Decent body and a creamy mouthfeel. Biscuity body and finishes with a nice earthy malty character. Yum. Only 4%? Sell this to utah!
