COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pigskin Pale Ale is light in color yet high in malt and hop character. Crisp and clean like a well-executed touchdown pass, Pigskin Pale Ale finishes off with an end zone celebration of zesty, floral hops that says 6 points, American Style.

22oz Bomber - Corvallis Brewing Supply - Corvallis, OR
Aroma – Nice amber malts with huge hops aroma.
Appearance – Amber in color, thin head and clear.
Flavor – This was more like a average IPA than a APA this was huge with hops and the malt was killed with hops .
Palate – Good Mouthfeel, IPA like texture with a dry finish.
Overall – A good beer but way too much with the hops. If it was a IPA then awesome but an APA it is way too much. But it was very drinkable...

Bomber from BevMo, La Mesa. Medium amber color upon pouring. Decent hop character. Somewhat roasted and malty. Pretty good mouthfeel. Solid APA.

29-May-08 (22-oz bottle: Purchased 12-May-08 for $3.79 at Hi-Time Wine Cellars in Costa Mesa, CA) Exceptionally dusty, woody and very earthy hops are the focus of this pale ale. The flavors of the medium-bodied and toasty malts are unobtrusive, but the lack of any sweetness at all simply highlights the earthiness. Dry, earthy and dusty hop aroma dominates the nose, but there’s a hint of dry chocolate and dark toast. Carbonation is satisfactory, but a bit on the low side. The body is hazy amber in color and the off-white head is foamy and dense and shows remarkable staying power, never fading below a quarter inch. And I wouldn’t call the foam coating most of the glass "lacing," rather, it’s more like a warm, dense, winter blanket. So, in the grand scheme, it’s not an especially balanced pale ale, but it’s tasty and enjoyable anyway.

large soapy bubbles, but they did not disappear as quickly as I thought they would. beer is a nice slightly hazy gold. pizza doughy aroma, shortbread and dried hops. Somewhat uninspired, but not to a fault. Theres a burst of hops in the finish and it ends crisp. I like this as a session bomber, the price is certainly right. Excellent value.

Pours a hazy amberish orange color, much like a pigskin. Resiny citrus hop aroma, with some toasted caramel maltiness. Balanced body and carbonation, with some dried fruit flavors. Well made just an average everyday APA. Could be quite sessionable if it came in 6 packs instead of bombers.

Bomber. Pours cloudy copper with a lacy pale yellow head. Sweet c-hop and toffee aroma. Medium-light body and carbonation. Lightly sweet taste of figs, citrus and toffee. Lingering grass and flowers finish.

Light orange color. Mild hops and moderately sweet malt. Ordinary but there is nothing wrong with it.

Thanks to Skyview. Dark yellow pour with a fluffy white head. Nice hoppy aroma. Crisp light grape taste with floral notes covering up the light fruit.

Bomber from Hollingshead Deli; Nose of lots of citruy hops and a little caramel; Hazy orange with a medium, glass-lacing off-white head; flavor is light hop bitterness with a caramel note; finish is lightly bitter.
