A lightly hazed orange amber ale with a thin big white bubbled head. In aroma, sweet litchees, caramel and pineapples. In mouth, a very sweet and intense ale with maple notes, loads of oranges, oily and sticky. On tap at Lowell BW, Jan. 10 2009.

On tap at Lowell Beer Works, 25 October 2009. Cloudy orange. Intense fruit throughout. Plums and raisins. Some bubblegum esters. Some candi sugar - slightly caramelised - and spicy notes. Also lots of orange marmalade with a sharp edge. Sweet and mouth filling but not too cloying.

Draft at the brewpub. Poured a clear medium orange color with an off white head. Pleasant spicy aroma full of clove, tree bark, and a hint of dark fruits. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation and an almost oily mouth feel. Lots of clove in the flavor with dark fruit and subdued brown sugar notes. Pretty good.
