Tap at Fenway. Pours a wierd violet tinged golden with a thin head that diminishes- they threw in some blueberries into the glass. Aroma is like a fesh baked blueberry muffin at first, but then it goes south- tons of solvent and fruity high ferm temp esters. Flavor is artificial like, crackery and reminded me of some fake cereal like frankenberry or fruit loops. Harsh astringent and solventy finish.

Beer was very light, cloudy bluish Pink color, the hint of berries was very present but because the beer is not contributing much. still watching the berries go up and down is fun

Draft at Fenway Boston Beer Works (backlog) Pours light amber. Nose/taste of fresh blueberries (obviously - they are floating in the glass), some light breads and grains and wheat. Medium body.

Bottle, pour a light amber with a small white head which that doesnt last. Not that strong of an aroma however. A very crisp blueberry taste.

On tap at Fenway. For what it is, blueberry flavored beer, it’s pretty good. However I could really do without the blueberry garnish in the glass, sort of ruined it for me.

tap at Canal St. location - This lightly hazy gold beer obviously smells of blueberries. That’s not exactly surprising since they’re floating in the glass. It’s sweet with very present but not overwhelming blueberry flavor. It’s refreshing and you can eat those beer flavored blueberries as you go or at the end.

A: The beer pours a pale golden color with blueberries floating in the glass underneath the white head. S: Big time blueberry aroma, a bit like blueberry pancakes. That’s really pretty much it for the aroma. Very simple and quite sweet, but unmistakeably blueberry. T: Essentially the same story on the palate. There is just a touch of sweet malt and bread. But otherwise, it’s tons of blueberry and blueberry pancake flavor. M: Light in body with medium carbonation. O: A guilty pleasure of sorts. It’s pretty simple, it’s definitely artificial, but it tastes good.

Bunker Hill Bluebeery is one beer you must get if your ever in the boston area. It is a perfect balance of blueberry and beer.

On draft in Salem with literally real small Maine blueberries in it, gradually leaking diffusing purple into the golden colored base beer. The lacing was great all the way down, and the blueberries were actually quite fun. The aroma was grains and blueberries. The flavor followed, as I enjoyed every last blueberry at the bottom, except the three beer-soaked blueberries that my three year old demanded and got and loved. Mouthfeel was highly carbonated. YUM fruit beer. Real blueberry presence makes it much more manly than the girly title might lead one to assume. Hoping to get a few more in Maine next!

Very pale and clear. I’m not loving the smell of this - perfumy, gingerale. Dry, a little tangy, slightly doughy, but generally crisp. I can’t taste the blueberry, but that’s one flavor that I have a hard time pinning down. Finishes out spritzy. Thanks to LuckyDog for bringing this down from his New England swing.

The beer pours a light gold that is fairly clear with a hint of pink to it that I think comes from the addition of real blueberries that float througout the glass. The head is white and creamy and laced with purple pieces of the berries. The aroma is light with a combo of skunk and berries. The taste is ok not much blueberry to it at all though. Its almost kind of skunky as well. The biggest distraction on the taste is the feel. It was way overcarbonted. The whole time it reminded me of drinking a french carbonated drink. The bartender told me this was the most popular beer, I don’t see how.
