COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Traditional Irish style pub ale with a lucious red hue and a biscuity malt flavor. Brewed with imported Maris Otter malt, red malts and wheat, then hopped with traditional Kent Goldings and Willamette hops for a balanced bitterness.

Cask gravity @ GBBF 2010. Pours a clear copper color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma with some hoppy hints. Fruity malty hoppy flavor with hints of caramel. Has a fruity malty hoppy finish.

Clear medium to dark amber red color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, weet malt - fruit, light to moderate hoppy, apricot ! Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100803]

Clear amber beer with no real head. Light dry palate. Sweet red fruit - strawberry and raspberry leading to a very dry finish. Nice flavour let down by an over dry palate.

Cask, gravity at GBBF ’10. Gold. Aroma of ash and underarm malt. Some sweetness and slight nettly bitterness in the taste. Quite unusual and interesting. Likeable in fact.
