Very hazy pour with a tight white head. The nose is chewy and a little bit honeyed. Grapefruit and some soft hop spiciness. A little bit of black pepper and some fresh resiny character. Dry and a bit fruity with a bit of lingering hoppiness. Pretty decent really.

Nice citrusy hop smell that follows right into the taste. Crisp, clean refreshing. Very good beer from a style I don’t really like
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Indra (2361) - Overland Park, Kansas, USA - OCT 17, 2011
On draft at the brewpub, Salem location. Fresh, juicy hop aroma, fruity, citric and sweet, with a touch of caramel malt, mild toast, notes of lemon and mint, as well as grapefruit, orange and honey. Lightly hazy light-medium golden color, head is fine and lasting. Flavor is full of sweet, lightly toasty caramel and honeyish malts, fresh, leafy, citric, fruity hop, some rather prominent bitterness appearing at the finish. Quite well-balanced and overall very flavorful. (Can differentiate this from a Double IPA due to the increased malt presence). Smooth, lightly oily, creamy palate, body is pretty full. Good stuff.

tap at Canal St location - Pours cloudy gold and smells of citrus hops with caramel malt in the background. This brew has very high hops bitterness that lingers long on the palate. It’s medium to full bodied and has tasty grapefruit notes. Nice.

Clear amber to red orange beer, small off-white head, unstable little adhesive. Aroma: sweet fruits (peaches, some ripe passion fruits). MF: very light carbon, medium to full body, smooth creamy texture. Taste: fruity start, peaches, pineapple and passion fruits turning to grapefruit, pretty bitter, bit of spices. Aftertaste: very dry and bitter.

A: The pour is a pale amber color with a finger of white head.
S: An intensely fruity aroma with lots of peach and apricot, maybe some pineapple too. There is just a bit of herbal character and quite a lot of grapefruit. Some sweet malt in the background.
T: Sweet bread and toffee flavor up front followed by a strong hop flavor. As with the aroma, it’s very fruity with lots of peach, pineapple, and grapefruit. A somewhat mild bitterness, but very nice pine flavors.
M: Medium bodied with low to medium carbonation.
O: Probably the best beer on-tap at my two trips to Beer Works. Good stuff.

Draught at the Boston brewpub. Distinct grapefruity aroma. Very cloudy orange colour. Small white head. The flavour is nicely grapefruity with a high and clean bitterness. Has a little wet hop flavour, Nelson Sauvin or something.
