Chlorine aroma present in a mix of scents. Feels effervescent in mouth. Pretty good head given. Nickel-taste. Bit more spicy than usual aroma for Hefe.

Draft. Pours gold with white head. Nose and taste of banana, wheat, coriander and slight clove. Medium body.

Cloudy golden color. Frothy white head. Staunch wheat aroma. Nice and cloudy. Woodsy flavor. Good enough to enjoy for an outdoorsman. Anytime! Thank you!

Beer Works Hefeweizen - On draft in Salem. Pour was hazy straw colored, lacking full cloudiness, partially filtered? The lacing was good. The aroma was bananas and faint phenolic spicing. The flavors were caramel and bananas, lacking a real phenolic presence, included even a slight sour element. Mouthfeel was only medium bodied for the style.

Tap @ the Fenway Location. Unfiltered and cloudy with a half inch frothy head, excellent appearance. Too bad that’s the best aspect of this beer. Light bread nose. Taste was light yeast and nothing else, you really need the lemon or orange wedge because it just didn’t have any flavor. A very poor example. In fact I’m not a fan of a chain restaurant that brews beer. That’s all this place is.

had at the fennway location on cask. Clouded yellow with touch of orange. Aroma was a little clove and bannana with some grain behind it. Taste was light yeastiness, was improved with a lemon wedge. Clean cool palate. not amazeing by any stretch but a good choice for those who might wind BW a little plain.

Draught at the Boston brewpub. Good clove aroma. Hint of banana. Cloudy yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is a tad bitter for the style, but OK. A little banana and clove also, but not too sweet.

Cloudy thick yellow color with a soapy white head. Aroma of banana, clove, and lemon. Well-balanced flavor of banana, clove, lemon, and some wheat. Well done.

A hazy golden weizen with a thin white head. Aroma of bananas, cloved, very classic. In mouth, a nice crisp beer, with light bananas, cloves, a bit oily mouthfeel. Light but good. On tap at BBW, Logan airport, July 19 2009.

Cloudy orange with reasonable head, strong banana aroma dominate, continuing into flavor and dry finish.

Draft @ The Logan Terminal C bar. Pours gold yellow with a bright white ring. Nose is nice and light fresh and wheaty. Taste is very flavorful, its a big banana hefe yum, I have to say it is very good for the style.
