A: The beer pours a pale golden color with a short lived white head. S: A rather bland nose without much in the way of hops or malt. Some cereal grains and corn, perhaps a touch of bread. There are some grassy hop notes to it as well. T: Just very watery and bland. As with the aroma, maybe some corn and cereal grain flavor. The flavor does have a bit more sweetness than the aroma, but it’s still lacking substance. M: Light in body with medium carbonation. O: Another typical blonde ale from a brewpub to appeal to the light beer drinker.

Draught at the Boston brewpub. Chalky aroma. Clear pale yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is fruity and has a slight plastic note. OK mouthfeel.
