0.5L bottle. Small head, light amber brown colour, a little hazy, Strong and pronounced malty aroma with some notes of olives, yeast and stale bread at the back.
Quite sweet and fruity in the mouth with a bitterness which is to strong, damaging the balance of the beer.
Medium body and a short and mild aftertaste which leaves a dry and unpleasant senxsation in the throat.

May 31, 2008 Bottle: malty, some caramel, some toasted malt, raisins, very fresh taste, good dose of bitterness which i liked, medium bodied, nice refreshing beer, more enjoyable then the sum of all it’s parts.

Sweet malt flavor with some toast, a bit of caramel and a bit of bread. Finish is drier with hints of metal. Light to medium body. Overall slightly bland but still ok. 6/4/5/2/12=2.9
Draught sample at the brewpub. Reddish amber color. Malty nose with notes of caramel and toast. Sweet malty flavor with caramel and some hints of metal (mostly in finish). Medium-bodied. OK. 6/3/6/3/12=3
