We’ve used 30% wheat and a whole lot of raspberries (hallon) to make this the perfect Rosé for summer.

Hade gärna fått ha mer syrlighet i smaken.

On bottle from Vinmonopolet Norway, on order. Hazy golden color, ok foam. Medium aroma intensity; dominated by raspberries. Medium body & complexity. Well balanced. Enjoyable

19.03.2016, 0,33l bottle @ home:
Small shortlasting head, very hazy dirty orangy color. Aroma is slightly fresh sour-ish fruity, weeds, grain, sour raspberries, grass, plastic, flowers, minerals, berry skin. Taste is harsh fruity, weeds, flowers, mint leafs, bark, freeze dried raspberries, dried grain, grass, paper, minerals. Medium bitterness, harsh watery mouthfeel. Meh!

0.33 bottle. Hazy, faded, dark red color and a large, white head of good retention. Aroma of overripe raspberries and some pale malts. Taste of hay, cereals, raspberries of course. A medium body, a slick texture, and an average carbonation. Finish is medium long and sweet, raspberries dominate it entirely. Overall, a mediocre beer.

Bottle at home in London - sourced from a trade. Pours clear, deep gold with a billowing white head. Overripe raspberry in the nose, some bready pale malts. Light-medium sweet flavor with more simple, bready malt character, dim raspberry accents, mild leafy bitterness. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Finishes with mellow alcohol bogeys, bread, faint raspberry, orange rind. Fairly inoffensive.

Bottle. Aroma is raspberry jam, strawberry jam, hints of caramel and toffee. Deep red golden, hazy, small off white head. Medium sweetness, light bitter, taste is raspberry juice, raspberry jam. Light/medium body, average carbonation, short finish with some sweetness. Some freshness, but too much raspberry jam.

Bottle at Cafe Sara, february 5th 2016. Hazy golden body with a medium white head. Aroma is wheaty with hints of berries and a sharp malt edge. Taste is harsh malt with a mild berry tone. This one cries out for more berries. It might be old, as I expect it’s supposed to have more berries in it. But as it is now it’s forgettable.

pours with rosé colour and a hazy look. Nose is relatively small - but a little fruity and some malts. Taste is fruity as well and with definetely raspberries present and not too much more. Palate leaves a short but agreeable taste without real significance except raspberries. A real thirstquencher for the summer.
