2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle - Had at Thai restaurant. Basically what you might expect from a dark lager brewed in Laos and served at a Thai restaurant. Thin, mild body, and good with spicy thai food.

2.2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Picked it up in a grocery store in Bangkok.
Pours brown with a foamy white head that stays; copious lacing. Smells like standard lager. Taste is a touch carmel-like. Fairly thin, decent carbonation. Okay beer. I wouldn’t turn one down on a hot day.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
First beer from Laos.
The appearance is dark mahogany with crimson highlights. Big soapy white head that hangs around for a long time. The aroma brings some lager yeast, dark fruits, brown bread. Prickly carbonation with some hop bitterness in the back. A tad sweet. Light to medium in body. Ok.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle 6.5% abv. The first dark beer I found in Thailand after 14 days surrounded by watery pale lagers. Alcohol is noticeable, sweet notes of syrup. Nothing special but one of the better beers you will find in Thailand.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle @ BBF13. Pours clear amber with airy but stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and hops. Sweetish, malty flavour with notes of caramel and fruit. Mildly sweet aftertaste. Sparse buttery notes. Not bad.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
11.2 oz bottle purchased at Total Wine & More in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The pour is brown golden with a mostly clear tan head that falls quick. The aroma is soft nut and cocoa sweetness, along with a hint of grass. The taste is really bland, thin sweet chemical along with the sweetness. The palate is watery thin, with a thankfully relatively clean finish. Not horrible, just dull.
