Bottle. This is along the lines of other similar Asian pale lagers. Not totally awful. Light sweet lager notes. Pretty much only worth consuming if it’s the only ethnic beer at a South-East Asian restaurant.

Probably one of the better South East Asian lagers on the market, being slightly less one dimensional than others I have tried.

From a 12 oz bottle at a Thai restaurant in Falls Church, VA. Pours a light gold with an off white head. Feint biscuit nose. Light bodied. High carbonation. Crisp clean finish.

Having a hard time putting my finger in the taste. Some sweetness with a bitter yet clean finish. Soapy, popcorn, powdered sugar, with some similarities to Icehouse. Somehow this crazy taste isn’t bad though.

Bottle at Beervault, Bangkok. Poured a hazy light straw with a frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is light malt. The flavour is light bitter with a watery light malt palate. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Can’t believe how much I paid for one of the worst beers in the world. Oh woe is the life of a ticker. Remind me not to drink water from the foothills of the Himalayas!

Maybe a little bit better than most SE asian pale lagers. More bitterness. Really like the can design too.

Bottle @ all over Laos. Not impressive even for a lager but there is not much other beer to drink in Laos so it has to suffice ;)

21.2 ounce bottle purchased for $1.79 at Grocery Outlet in Modesto, CA. Yellow pour with a decent sized white head that recedes quickly to a quarter of an inch. Aroma is quite nice, which I assume is the result of the Hallertu hops. Flavor is mostly pleasant. There is a slight cheap sake taste to it, but other than that, the beer tastes better than decent.

330ml bottle. Golden amber colour with a foam white head and aroma of malt, grain, hay, grass. Taste is similar, sweetish, malt & grain with some grassiness. Watery but slightly creamy mouthfeel, light bodied, high carbonation, malty finish. OK Lager.
