Poured clear and golden with a small, frothy white head. Aroma of sweey malt. Lacking much body, flavour of sweet malt extract, fair amount of carbonation with not a lot of aftertaste. Ah well, Laos ticked at any rate.

330ml bottle from Beers of Europe - Clear straw body, thick foamy head. Nose is corny, a bit sweet. Taste goes along the same lines, pretty standard lager, but not the worst by any means.

Coarse foamy pilsner beer which has little aroma. It is probably due to the thick lasting foam, which only slowly wears off. The taste is all-round for a lager. It has a little more luscious caramel in the taste than would otherwise expects from a lager. Hop bitterness is floral and pleasant, but it is not a lager which is especially remarkable. Clean in taste and thirst quenching, so that it can easily be recommended.

Can. Plain and ordinary lager, same as brewed everywhere else. Sweet. Corny, malty with very low bitterness.

Bottle. Pours a pale straw body under a minimal wispy white head that faded rather quickly. The nose is mostly corn syrup and soggy grain without any hint of hoppiness. The flavor is much the same, rather bland and boring with a fairly clean finish actually, given its a Pale Lager. Light bodied and watery with fizzy carbonation. Meh, this could have been a lot worse.

Bottle, Don Det, Laos. Pours pale gold with a small white head. The aroma is distinctly of cereal. The body is medium with too much sweetness. Even on a very humid night in Laos it is still plain to recognise that this isn’t a good lager.
