Jul 3, 2007 Updated: Jul 6, 2007<i>Bottled. </i> Cloudy pale yellow, rich lively head. Spicy yeasrt coriander and ginger aroma. Dry with light lactic acidity. Light-medium bodied with some minerals, spelt and dough. Low bitterness. Wibier-like, but with an acidic twist.

Feb 27, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours almost clear yellow with a white head. Light fruity and light spiced aroma. Flavour is sweet caramel and a mild yeast flavoured. Light spiced flavour following. Ends with a light Belgian yeast lingering finish.

Jul 16, 2007 Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white head, lacing. Aroma is caramel malts, hops, some yeast and some very sour notes. Flacour is sour fruits, slightly cookieish, some malts and caramel. Quite sour, but a lot of cookies in it.

Sep 19, 2006 LCRBM2. Hazy gold colour with thick lasting white head. Nice tripel style beer. Tangerine fruit aroma nd very suppable. Strong flavours. Nice enough but there were some stale malts as well.
