COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
"In fermento veritas." Bière aux 10 épices (10 spices) BeerMania is not a brewery, the "Mea Culpa" (or Mea Maxima Culpa, the same in 75cl bottle - there is even Ultima Culpa, but that's an incredibly large artsy glass) is brewed upon Nassers' own recipe at a Belgian brewery. He declines sofar to tell which, untill he has all contracts signed and papers worked out...

UPDATED: SEP 4, 2007 Medium white head. Faintly hazy yellow body. Clean, clear tropical fruit aroma. Sweetish light fruity malty aroma with strong spicy notes and clear soft metal hops. Some wood as well. Dry papery fruity aftertaste. Good, but not that much taste. (0.33l bottle from BeerMania. Second rating; first bottle I got was off.)

sayravai (4654) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUL 21, 2007
(Bottled, my 900th Belgian rating) Hazy golden with a medium, foamy and pretty tight head. Sweetish, honey-malty aroma with some coriandery spiciness. Somewhat acidic flavor of malt, coriander, lemongrass, anise, licorice and other spices. Yeast brings in sweetish, coriandery orange-fruitiness. Medium-bodied, lightly sweet and acidic, but not sugary palate with slightly foamy carbonation. A pleasant and enjoyable brew, but can’t quite reach the best ones of the style.
