Pint in Fellows Morton and Clayton, Canal Street, Nottingham. Having looked at the ratings I’m wondering if I drank the same bitter. It looked ok - a clear, pale brown/amber - but lost marks for the small, soapy head and the speed at which that dispersed. The taste and aroma weren’t bad - a slightly dry, medium bitter with light hops - but it was too abrupt and was soon giving way to a watery, hoppy aftertaste which didn’t have any power. It didn’t have anything to make it stand out from the crowd.

Very smooth in the palate and easy to drink with a subtle flavour among the bitterness.

Drucken på fat på London pub jag inte minns namnet på. Frisk citrushumlekaraktär, lätt kropp, väldigt lättdrucken i positiv bemärkelse.
