Bottle.Hazy yellow colour with a huge rocky white head, that doesn’t disappear. Strong aroma of coriander and citruses, mostly orange, wheat, barley malts, vegetable. Very sharp with a lot of carbonation. It’s hard to define first feel - it’s seems like combination of everything to me; sweet/acidic/bitter, while the aftertaste is kinda sweet. Texture is creamy and the alcohol is not too obvious.

Very blond colored with a decent two finger head. Very sweet flavor, reminds me of citrus and has an herbal flavor as well. The taste lingers long in the mouth. Very good beer during a nice sunny period!

Crazy intense nose. You know what it is? It's cinnamon and nutmeg!!! It sticks with you even as an aftertaste. Creamy nutmeg, this beer should be called. Or clove? Beer people say clove.
Ok also banana. Huge head that dissolved quickly. Golden but not cloudy.

Really nice tripel with some grainy, sweet flavors and aromas to it. Sweeter than usual for the style, but also just really nice. Almost buttery at times.

Tasted this at the Drug Opera bar, Brussels in April 2012. 33cl bottle. Pours an opaque amber with a thick white head. Floral dusty notes in the aroma with hints of Askit powder. Resiny mouthfeel and good lacing. Pale malts deliver a sweet fruity note of overipe honeydew melon with burnt caramel evident. Strong grain notes in the slightly bitter aftertaste which is very short lived. Pale malt present in the dry fruity finish with sweet fudge and honey flavours full in the mouth. Recommended but there are far better examples of Abbey Tripels out there though.
