Hand pulled at the Wellington, Birmingham. Bready overtones, which reveal a lemony, appley juice body. Pleasant aftertaste. Nice, but overall, not quite enough flavour.

Cask conditioned at The Oak, Warwick. Gold with white head. Light bodied fully hoppy beer in the normal Beerworks theme. fresh, bitter, citrus and tasty. Good stuff.

Cask handpull at Crosse Keys, JDW, London. Pale gold, lasting white head. Good nettley distinctive pepper hop. Very distinctive and pretty good, never ascetic.

UPDATED: DEC 7, 2009 Cask handpull as ’Sheffield Beer Works Corpse Nailer’, The Crown, Nuneaton. Fresh on with a faint straw haze under a scoop of bath foam. Sweat of Geranium, lime and rabbit tray. Custard Cream malt sweetness, vanilla linger, bitter husky back up. Succulent lime and white grape hop. Spot on.

Cask at The Crosse Keys, JDW, Gracechurch St, London 14-11-09 Pours pale gold with a white rim of bubbles. Some honey on the nose, along with citrus. Taste is crisp, hoppy good tangle of hops and honey or syrupy flavours intermingling. A6 A4 F7 P3 Ov13 3.3
