Cask, The Pub, Leicester. Golden with a white foam. Aromas are lemon with light floral notes and yeast. Hints of caramel with low tropical fruit and alcohol. Flavours are dry, woody and hoppy with peppery, pithy grapefruit bitterness. Underlying caramel sweetness with marmalade. Fruity and hoppy. Takes me back to my early real ale drinking days in the Swan and Rushes.
