COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A pale beer made with low colour malt and a complex combination of hops to give lots of flavour. Citrus fruit flavours are to the fore with hints of spiciness. The beer is well balanced with a bitter finish. Very drinkable.

Cask, gravity, at The Pig ’n’ Falcon, St Neots, Cambridgeshire, in the Pig’s Winter Festival ’11. Gold. Hint of hop in the aroma. Taste had some citrus and slight bitterness to follow. Thought this was a bit bland and featureless.

Cask Conditioned handpump Wig & Pen Northampton. A yellow straw coloured beer with a white head. Typical Abbeydale hoppiness throughout. Lemony citrus notes. A bit of shampoo in the mouth. A well brewed tasty beer where the hops work well.
