Cask conditioned at The Woolpack, Banbury. Pale straw with white head. A seeminglyfairly typical Abbeydale golden beer. Quite thin in the body, a slight maltiness which carries the lovely aromatic hop, quite green and lemony and very flavourful. Pretty good.

Cask conditioned handpump Slug & Lettuce Leicester. A straw coloured beer with a white head. Sharp mango hoppiness in the nose. Asgtringently hoppy in the mouth. More tropical fruit. Too sharp and a bit unpleasant for it.

Cask, Slug & Lettuce, Leicester. Pale gold with a white head. Aromas are lemon and lime with low caramel malts and floral notes. Clean citrus with some lemon meringue. Flavours are sweetened lemon with lime cordial and dry, yeasty aspects. Simple but crisp and refreshing.

Cask, The York, Sheffield. Pale golden. Lime and pepper aroma. Creamy, medium body with a lightness. Sweet, honey and clove with more citrus on the finish very nice.
