COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A pale beer, full of flavour with grassy herby notes and a bite of lemon peel. A balanced bitter finish. Really refreshing and more-ish.

Cask handpull, The Crown, Nuneaton, 13/08/11. Pale, thinly veiled straw with a slender white top. Aroma of rubbed green stems and lime. Slightly sharp minerality, lemon and lime, cream cheese on Jacobs. DF, gueuzey streaks with the tang but not the acidity. Bitter from hops then soft from malt. Just delicious. The Doctor does no wrong.
