Cask, Criterion, Leicester. Golden with a thin fluffy foam. Aromas are lemon sherbet with stewed apple and melon. Background biscuit and caramel malts. Flavours are lemon squash with some acidity. Stewed apple with hints of caramel. Bitter lemon with dry yeast to finish. OK.

Cask @ Bon Accord. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma is light malted, bit of citrus. Flavour is malty, citric, followed by dry biscuit and cookie dough. Slightly watery finish.
