UPDATED: MAY 9, 2011 Cask handpull, The Old bell Tavern, Harrogate, 18/04/11. Straw festooned with lace. Gummy, marshmallow condition wafting in all the expected hop goodies. Celery, chopped coriander and lemongrass nose. Lovely soft Thai-style hoppage, ganja and flowers, bitterness and biscuit dipped in honey. Always trust a doctor.

Cask conditioned, gravity poured at The Woolpack Beer fest ’08, Banbury Pale gold with slight white head. After the heavy smoked Porter, perhaps it was a little difficult to judge this one, but it was quite thin in body and flavour, smudges of vanilla with biscuity notes, like a custard cream. Some maltiness on the close, its ok, but struggled.
