COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Occasional.
Maris Otter Pale Ale and Pale Chocolate malt. Lightly hopped with Fuggles and other English hops giving a malty flavour, dominated by the roasted malts with a well-balanced bitterness and delicate hopping adding character.

Cask-conditioned at the Bag ONails, Bristol 20/11/08. Deep golden in colour with a slight white head. fruity aroma with some hay and grassy hops. Flavour started slightly sweet, before some more hops and a short bitter finish. Ok.

Cask Handpump at the Ship & Mitre, Liverpool 15/11/2006 Small white head. Fruity orange aroma. Amber golden coloured and strong in alcohol with a slightly dry crisp malt finish.
