Cask handpull, The Pub, Leicester, 26/11/11. Jelly red with an off white halo. Earthy, elder and light butter biscuit aroma with some soapy orange. Decent, lightly coffee-streaked cranberry character; some seawater and digestives. A bit watery by The Doctor’s standards.
