Cask (gravity dispense). Beer #8 at Cambridge Winter Beer Festival on 21 January 2011. Dark amber. Good condition. Maybe a hint of honey but very subtle. Biscuity malt. Light bitterness. Well balanced, with high drinkability. Rather enjoyable in a laid back kind of way.

Gravicask (Cambridge Winter Ale Festival 2010)
Orangy gold. Slightly sweet aroma, slight milkiness. Pencil shavings and medium roast malts in the taste, again the milkiness rolls over from the aroma. Some grains in the finish. Gets fruitier over time, but does head towards jam - add that to the milkiness, and I think that spells starting to spoil. Nevertheless - tasty as it is.

Cask, Newark Fest 08. Golden with a smalll head. Aromas are caramel, citrus and yeasty with some woody notes and dark honey. Flavours are sweet caramel malts with yeast and citrus. Honey sweetness on the finish.
