Cask, Hinckley 08. Inky, headless and still. Red pepper, ash, coal smoke and coffee aroma. Lactic tang, cocoa and smoke. Festival splash of sourness. Lingers nicely, but a bit feeble-bodied and not wholly convincing. More chocolate as it warms. Won me over.
