2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
My second beer from this brewery at the CAMRA AGM in Norwich on 20 Apr 2013: gravity poured pint into a UK sleeve.
Thought it looked like the first beer (Worth The Wait) initially, but this is slightly more golden and has a deeper hue to it, same no show of a head though.
The nose and taste were almost a mirror image of their other offering: citrusy and refreshing, again with no huge flavours to get into or pontificate about. Just another írun of the millí citrusy blonde Iím afraid.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Cask@Fat Cat Brewery Tap, Norwich. Golden colour, small white head. ARoma is bready, sweet malty with some nectary notes. Flavour is fruity, wooden, nectary, earthy and mild toasted and bready notes. Not very special...

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Cask - The Fat Cat Brewery Tap, Norwich. Bloomers. A clear golden yellow beer with a fine, loose though lasting white head. Lemon citrus and toasty malts on the aroma with some (pale) malty sweet undertones. Toasty, nutty & dry citrus flavours on the tongue. Light to medium body, soft-crisp balanced mouthfeel with a low intensity citric, grassy hop bitterness. Nothing wrong here but equally thereís not a lot going on, for me, to warrant being a 25th anniversary brew.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cask conditioned at The Kings Arms, Norwich. Gold with white head. This was a fruity malty beer with hints of ripe peach and a rawish graininess. Soft, shortish but generally ok.
