Cask, The Salmon, Leicester. Copper coloured with a cream foam. Aromas are biscuit and toffee with weetabix and raisins. Light citrus with black tea and peppery notes. Flavours are sweet weetabix malts with a light nuttiness. Dry tea with light lemon and raisins to finish. A decent trad bitter.
