Clear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100120]

Cask. A hazy yellow beer with a dense orangey head. The aroma has notes of flowery hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, flowers, and hops as well as a lighter note of butter, leading to a dry and bitter finish.
