Pinot Noir barrel-aged farmhouse ale with champagne currants and dosaed with a lambic blend. Brewed with pilsner, 2-row, wheat, crystal malts, and a light of noble hops.

Cloudy amber. At last! A real lambic nose a little cheese and a heap of delicate green apple. Super smooth and puffy, this is where it’s at, light and sweet with a beautiful fruity tickle, hints of banana maybe, and an amazing sugar cereal finish. Ultimate.

UPDATED: JUN 19, 2011 Tap @ PFBF... Poured orange with a thin, white head. Nose had some brett, yeast funk, pale malts, and horse blanket. Light sweetness from the currants, vinous all blending with some cheesy brett funk. Light and refreshing, yet not overly wild with the yeast.
