Nice foam, better on tap than in the bottle. Golden color, just a little hazy. Citrus and grape at the nose, the hop is very clear. The taste is medium to heavy, Taste: sweet in the beginning, and then medium bitterness, the Quina aroma is near the citric hop. full body, soft carbonation, long finish. I like it!

schiuma grossolana bianca poco persistente su una birra di color oro intenso lievemente velata. Al naso la china è presente sin dall’attacco con ammiccanti sentori medicinali, seguita da agrumi, uva acerba, fiori ed una lieve nota etilica. Il finale è decisamente chinato. In bocca subito in evidenza il luppolo, Nelson Sauvin in testa, scorze di agrumi, china il tutto supportato da malto mai eccessivamente dolce. Il corpo è snello nonostante l’alcool, la consistenza è fluida e la carbonatazione modesta. Il finale lungo è un’alternanza tra note dolci di malto e secchezza di luppolo e china.
