[Tap] Pours a hazy light orange color. Nice cap of beige head and good lacing left on glass. Wheat malt, grains, straw and light citrus aroma. Grainy taste also includes grass and yeast. Moderately hoppy finish. Tasty and with a good body.

Really good wheat beer from Chicago. Very hoppy and a little malty. Smells like hops and has a smooth finish. Had at Lincoln station. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

22 oz. bottle. Pours a hazed orangish amber with a small white head. Aroma of herbal and pine notes. Mild wheat notes. Flavor is very bitter with mild wheat sweetness. Touches of husk, wheat. One the light side of medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes fruity and bitter. A very hop forward wheat pale ale.

22oz bottle, shared by beerpig317. Mostly hazy golden orange color. Good thin off-white head, nice retention. Bits and ropes of lace. Worth noting that the bottle foamed over when opened. That sort of soapy (old?) hop aroma I get a lot in belgian pales, that I personally don’t really care for. Light pepper notes, some pear aroma is better in the flavor, a lot of pepper... Medium plus body. Soft, smooth carbonation. Lightly dry finish. Moderate bitter taste, minimal sweet. Solid beg lain pale ale, not my thing, though. Aroma grows on me as I go, though. [wait, this wasn’t a belgian pale?]

22 oz. bottle shared by beerpig317- thanks again, Bunker! Pours a hazy pale gold color with a big off-white head. Aroma of wheat, bready malts, florals, grass, and spice. The flavor is the same. Light-bodied, with medium carbonation and a dry mouthfeel. More going on here than I anticipated. Nice wheat.

Bottle shared by Beerpig317. Poured an hazy golden color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate citrus and wheat aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Solid drinkable beer.

UPDATED: FEB 22, 2014 02.05.2013, tap @ Mikkeller Bar:
Frisk lett fruktig lukt med preg av lys malt, humle, lauv, barnåler, gras, kvae, litt tørka frukt. Frisk tørr smak med preg av lys malt, masse humle, beiskt gras, våte blad, våt papp, høy, ugras. God bitterhet som set godt. Grei.

UPDATED: MAR 3, 2014 Sampled at Warren’s Ale House in Wheaton, IL., displaying a cloudy, orangy gold, with an off white, bubbles & cream head, and spots & streaks of lacing. The aroma was lightly perfumey, mild grain, a little dankness, and grapefruity scent. The flavor added a hefty, earthy hop bitterness that lingered, and a bit of tartness. Light to medium bodied. Decent enough. On tap again at Warren’s for their Illinois Craft Beer Toast & Roast event. This time, a shaker full, with better clarity, more pronounced lacing, some resinous notes, better body, and decent dryness & astringency to the finish. (+.2) I liked it, but quite the hop bomb for a Wheat Ale.

Had this on draft at DryHop. Yellowish pour. Sweet and sour? Weird hoppy bitter and attic taste. Not bad
