Unclear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, light wheat, moderate hoppy, citrus, apricot, light earthy. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, fruity, herbs - wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130315]

Draft at Jerry’s. Murky orange-amber with big, foamy white head, fine legs / Bright nose of candied sugar, citrus, pine, weed / Medium body, soft carbonation, a touch watery, sweet but with some balancing hop bite, and good bitter finish, bigger alcohol well masked / Flavors of candied sugar, pine, grapefruit, orange peel, wheat / More a pale ale than a traditional wheat.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. Has a fruity wheat malty hoppy aroma. Fruity wheat malty hoppy bitter peachy flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty hoppy bitter peachy finish.

Hazy orange with a white head. This was a soft one, very easy to drink. Fruit, yeast,citrus and some hay.

Hazy blond colored beer with a white head. Citrus-like aroma. Hoppy, herbal aroma, spicy, pepper and notes of oranges. Nice dry herbal, yeasty finish.

Bottle at Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Huge thanks to Giovanni. Slightly hazy golden beer with a nice lasting. Malty caramel aroma, wheat, bready, fruity. Fruity wheat flavor, grassy, wheat, citrus, floral, hay, some caramel.

For a wheat, this had a lot of flavor and kick. Upfront it was bitter with some hay, yeast and grapefruit flavors. It mellows out to a pretty quick finish that is crisp and dry. Poured a light hazy yellow color with a minimal white head. Well done overall.

From Gene’s. Nice orange hazy color. Some toasted flavor. A little butter. Hops alot of piney hops and that didn’t work in this instance. I liked the beer otherwise. Serving: Bottle
